In such cases, the hotel may have difficulty confirming or determining your reservation due to the following reasons:

・If the reservation information is not sent to the hotel by the applicable booking site or if the reservation information is not sent to the hotel by the time the guest arrives at the hotel,
Due to late notification, the hotel is unable to confirm your reservation.

・There is a discrepancy between the reservation completion email sent to the customer and the reservation information notified to the hotel.
(Room type, reservation number, etc.)

・They are sometimes sold at prices significantly higher than the hotel's set room rate.


For these reasons, if we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may take time to confirm your stay.
We may refuse to allow you to stay.

Additionally, when confirming reservations on "eligible reservation sites," please note the following:

・For reservations made through the applicable reservation sites, even if you contact the hotel directly, due to procedural reasons,
We cannot accept any confirmations, changes or cancellations (including advance payment by credit card).
To change or cancel your reservation, please contact the applicable reservation site where you made the reservation.

・If you are a customer who has booked our hotel through a target booking site, has your reservation actually been completed?
